The Babysitter/Caregiver position at TLC Family Care involves providing dependable and nurturing care for children in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. Caregivers will have the flexibility to set their schedules and will be supported by a team that values communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Keep kids safe, happy, and engaged in age-appropriate activities.
• Provide nurturing care for children, including meals, naps, and hygiene.
• Communicate openly with parents about the day's activities and any concerns.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving, babysitting, nannying, or daycare.
• Can provide 2 references (no family members) to vouch for your childcare skills.
• Have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.
• Ready to commit for at least 3 months.
