About the position

We are a private family seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for our children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages and will engage them in fun and educational activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and educational exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children's daily activities and any concerns that may arise.
• Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a calm demeanor in emergencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool environments.
• Strong background in babysitting or nannying with references available.
• Ability to provide nurturing care while promoting healthy development through play and learning.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
