About the position
Jovie of Westport is seeking caring and responsible Babysitters to join their Sitter Pool in Southern Fairfield County. This role offers flexible scheduling options, allowing sitters to choose between part-time, full-time, or flexible hours. The primary focus is on providing safe and engaging childcare for infants and toddlers, ensuring their well-being while fostering a fun and interactive environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of childcare experience with infants and toddlers
- Valid Driver's License and access to a car
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
