About the position
The Babysitter/Nanny position at Crunch Care involves providing exceptional childcare services to families in need, ranging from infants to teenagers. The role is flexible, allowing for both part-time and full-time schedules, and requires a commitment to availability during weekdays. Nannies will be scheduled through an app and are expected to deliver high-quality care in various home environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide childcare for children from infants to teenagers in their homes.
- Build and manage a weekly schedule via the Crunch Care app.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding care needs and schedules.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Assist with daily activities and routines as needed.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of childcare experience with infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a car (not required in NYC and SF).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Stellar communication skills and a flexible, energetic attitude.
- CPR Certification is preferred.
