TLC Family Care is seeking dedicated and caring babysitters and nannies in St. Louis who are passionate about working with children. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives while ensuring their safety and happiness. The position involves various childcare responsibilities, including planning activities, assisting with homework, and maintaining communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Keep Kids Safe & Happy: Ensure children's safety and enjoyment throughout the day.
• Plan Fun Activities: Organize crafts, games, and engaging activities for the kids.
• Care for Little Ones: Handle diaper changes, feeding, and naptime for infants and toddlers.
• Help Older Kids: Provide homework assistance and support after-school routines.
• Tidy Up: Maintain cleanliness in play areas and kitchens.
• Communicate with Parents: Update parents on the children's activities and well-being.

Requirements

• Age: Must be 18 or older.
• Experience: At least one year of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, etc.) with 2 references.
• Vehicle: A valid driver's license and reliable car for transportation to families' homes.
• Commitment: Willingness to commit for at least 3 months.
• Communication Skills: Strong texting skills for keeping parents informed.
• Certification: CPR and First Aid certification (child, infant, and adult) required before starting.

Nice-to-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
