About the position

The Bacardi Account Manager position in Houston, TX, is a full-time role focused on achieving strategic and commercial goals with key on-premise accounts. The role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, developing customer strategies, and executing promotional programming to drive sales and enhance brand visibility in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen key relationships within a designated list of on-premise accounts.
  • Track all activities and submit activity reports including KPI progress and account visits.
  • Participate in overall market commercial planning and team meetings.
  • Manage T&E Budget and monthly activation budget efficiently.
  • Execute activities to drive sales and train bar staff on Bacardi products.
  • Lead meetings with key on-premise accounts to develop relationships and increase volumes.
  • Achieve sales objectives including account management and program execution.
  • Deliver year-over-year growth within account list while meeting monthly KPIs.
  • Be visible at key local events and participate in national initiatives.
  • Stay informed of customer and consumer trends and develop programs accordingly.
  • Provide market and competitive brand updates to supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Spirits and/or Beverage industry.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a consumer-first approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present confidently to small groups including executives.
  • Well organized, independent thinker, and multitasker.
  • Ability to analyze information for reports and problem-solving.
