You will track all activities and submit regular reports to your supervisor, detailing your progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), account visits, training sessions, and competitive activities. Your role will also involve participating in overall market commercial planning, managing budgets for travel and monthly activations, and executing activities that drive sales and promote Bacardi's portfolio of products. You will lead meetings with key accounts, present Bacardi brands, and work towards achieving increased volumes while building long-term business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include basic account management, new distribution efforts, drink features, and program development and execution. You will be expected to deliver year-over-year growth within your account list while meeting monthly KPIs. Additionally, you will represent Bacardi at key local events and participate in promotions and events, which may occur during evenings or weekends.
