About the position

The Bachelor Apprentice Program at Zurich North America is designed for aspiring Instructional Designers, allowing participants to gain both education and practical experience in the field of crop insurance. This two-year program combines online coursework with relevant work rotations, providing a comprehensive pathway to a rewarding career while earning a tuition-free Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Quality check course content, trainer guides, and other training materials under supervision.
• Test print and perform basic editing for imaging, accuracy, and written standards.
• Update and revise course materials with new information and references.
• Assist in creating participant guides for internal and external customers.
• Maintain flexibility and adjust project plans to meet business goals.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or rising Junior with two years of coursework in Communication, Business Admin, Technical Writing or related fields.
• No prior years of experience in the Insurance area, contingent on admittance into the University of Arizona Global Campus Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration program.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in the agriculture industry.
• 2 or more years of work experience and/or leadership role in student activities or community service activities.
• Intermediate computer skills, especially in Excel.
