About the position

The Bachelor Apprentice Program for Instructional Designer at Zurich North America is a two-year program designed to provide participants with both education and practical experience in the field of crop insurance. Starting in January 2025, apprentices will engage in online coursework while working in various locations or remotely, focusing on quality checking and updating training materials within the Crop Product Team.

Responsibilities

• Quality check course content, trainer guides, and other training content under supervision.
• Test print and perform basic editing for imaging, accuracy, and written standards.
• Update and revise course materials with new information and references.
• Assist in creating participant guides for internal and external customers.
• Maintain flexibility and adjust project plans to meet business goals.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or a rising Junior with two years of coursework in Communication, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• No prior experience in the insurance area is required, contingent on admittance into the University of Arizona Global Campus Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration program.
