About the position

The Bachelor Apprenticeship Program at Zurich Insurance Company is designed for individuals looking to launch a career in crop insurance. This innovative two-year program combines online coursework with practical work experience, allowing participants to gain both education and hands-on experience in the field. Apprentices will work within the Crop Agent and Adjuster Services team, assisting with various tasks related to licensing, onboarding, and customer service, while also earning a tuition-free Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving issues and provide effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers.
• Follow established procedures to ensure adequate resources are available to meet work requirements.
• Develop a practical understanding of how processes and systems relate to risk management and compliance.
• Follow up with the department of insurance until copies of renewal licenses and appointments are received.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or rising Junior with two years of coursework in Business Administration or related field.
• No prior years of experience in the insurance area, contingent on admittance into the University of Arizona Global Campus Bachelor of Science degree program.
