Responsibilities

• Processing and preparing routine accounting/finance records and forms.
• Setting up and maintaining accounting or finance records, files, and correspondence.
• Compiling accounting or financial data under close supervision.
• Performing reconciliations, transfers, or balancing operations involving accounting or financial information.
• Utilizing an online accounting/finance computer system to enter data or perform transactions.
• Acknowledging correspondence and responding to staff inquiries regarding accounting or financial processing questions.
• Developing general literacy in the company's computer-based software systems.
• Maintaining a working knowledge of accounting or financial subjects.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled and taking courses towards a bachelor's degree.
