About the position

Bacio di Latte, a high-end gelato shop, is seeking friendly and dedicated Team Members for their new store opening in Thousand Oaks. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while creating memorable experiences for guests. Team Members will be responsible for serving gelato, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests
• Serve/scoop gelato and make espresso-based drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of showcase, lobby, patio area, and take out lobby trash
• Bus and clean tables and chairs, and restock supplies
• Learn allergens and nutrition of gelato to effectively communicate ingredients to guests
• Ensure all food safety and quality standards are followed
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions
• Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• A passion for making people happy and customer care
• Team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Able to lift up to 40lbs
• Reliable and punctual
• A passion for gelato
