Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Back-End (Java) Developer to support ATS and our government customer. This position is a remote opportunity that requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. The role involves working with various technologies including Java, JavaScript, and AWS, and requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will have experience in building RESTful web services and backend web platforms, and will be expected to solve complex problems with elegant and maintainable solutions using modern frameworks. The Back-End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support our government clients. This includes working with Java frameworks such as Dropwizard and JPA, as well as JavaScript technologies like React. The role also involves utilizing AWS services for cloud-based solutions and implementing DevOps practices to streamline development processes. The candidate will participate in an agile/scrum software delivery team, contributing to the overall success of the projects. In addition to technical skills, the position requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are met and that solutions are delivered on time.
