About the position

The Back End Software Developer at Paradigm is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the code for back end APIs, services, and desktop applications. This role involves collaboration with various teams to support and investigate issues with released software, plan and implement scalable data structures, and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. The position offers a mix of teamwork and individual project work, contributing to the development of a flagship web application hosted on AWS and Azure in a SaaS model.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the code for back end APIs, services, and desktop applications.
• Support and investigate issues involving released software.
• Plan and implement model data structures for scalability.
• Collaborate on designs focusing on business requirements, computing, and data storage.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Interact with the QA team to meet quality and regulatory standards.
