About the position

The Back of House Team Member at TGI Fridays is responsible for delivering high-quality food and service to guests while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations. This role involves various kitchen positions, including line cook, prep cook, expeditor, and dishwasher, ensuring a consistent and enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation and service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Restock supplies as needed to meet service demands.
• Understand and enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Rotate through various kitchen positions as required.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, up to and exceeding four hours.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
• Driver's License required.
