Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales assistance to retail and wholesale customers.
• Act as the primary interface with service department employees to sell required parts and accessories.
• Ensure Service Technicians have required parts readily available when needed.
• Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on customer and Technician satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
• Set monthly and annual goals for the Parts Department with the Parts Manager and report on progress.
