About the position

The Backup Administrative Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the store. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store accounting procedures to meet financial reporting requirements.
• Manage cash and funds control in the absence of the Administrative Coordinator.
• Check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings related to business transactions.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Support customer service standards and ensure timely completion of store functions.
• Execute other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented to avoid and recognize errors made by others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word; knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
