The position involves a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities within a retail environment. The individual will serve as a back-up to the Administrative Coordinator and is expected to arrive at work by 6:00 AM. The role includes assisting the Customer Service Center, managing daily reconciliation and accounting tasks, and monitoring cashier accountability. The individual will also partner with Loss Prevention and Front End management to address cash and shrink issues, maintain sales records, and assist with billing and invoices. Additionally, the position requires performing various administrative duties, managing the hiring process, and serving as a liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Departments.
