About the position
The Backend Developer role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting business systems with a strong emphasis on Azure technologies. The position requires collaboration with business owners and involves the development of robust applications while adhering to SDLC principles.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the devising of project timelines and implementation design specifications.
- Create system flow diagrams and documentation for business systems.
- Conduct testing and provide ongoing support for business systems.
- Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
- Proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with business owners.
- Experience with Java, Azure Kubernetes, Microservices, Spring Framework, REST Assured, JMeter, Gatling, and Azure cloud.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Docker and GitHub-Actions for CI/CD.
- Experience with Monitoring/Observability Tools like New Relic or Google Cloud Platform Logging.
- Knowledge of Spring WebFlux specific to Reactive Programming.
