About the position

The Backend Developer position is a remote role focused on enhancing the Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN) for decentralized finance (DeFi) traders. The role involves working within an agile engineering team to design, implement, test, and deploy new features rapidly, contributing to a critical-path infrastructure that supports DeFi trading.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy new features for the Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN).
• Collaborate with an agile engineering team to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Maintain and enhance the existing infrastructure to support DeFi trading.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Creative, independent, and hardworking attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience building arb-bots, liquidation-bots, wallets, and similar crypto products.
• Experience running ETH nodes.
• Experience modifying node codebase.
• Experience in automated crypto trading and DeFi.
