About the position

We are seeking skilled Back-End Engineers proficient in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating with platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk. Additionally, familiarity with crafting user prompts for AI-driven features will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications using Python.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs, including but not limited to Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Back-End Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling.
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience integrating with platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshdesk.
- Knowledge of writing user prompts for AI-driven features.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with the Vue.js framework.
- Experience with TypeScript.
