About the position

Feufo Inc is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join their team. This fully remote position requires a strong background in building and maintaining REST APIs using Node.js, JavaScript, and MySQL. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with API development frameworks. The role involves taking ownership of product components and ensuring the best solutions are implemented throughout the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST APIs using Node.js, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Develop API solutions using Hapi/Express Framework.
• Take technical ownership of product components.
• Implement best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct unit testing using Mocha/Chai.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in backend development after study.
• Strong knowledge of OOPs principles.
• Experience with API development using Hapi/Express Framework.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda and SQS.
• Experience with Sequelize ORM.
