Western Alliance Bank is seeking a passionate, results-driven Full Stack .Net developer to deliver innovative, industry-leading solutions in our Corporate Trust development team. We are looking for a creative, highly-motivated developer who can take initiative, has a good sense of urgency, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. This developer will assist with architecture-related support for cloud infrastructure, network, and database environment management, as well as have primary responsibilities to deliver core functional software. Key responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: working both independently and as part of a cohesive team to deliver innovative software solutions to customers and business partners. The developer will analyze business requirements and translate those requirements into tangible work tasks. Collaboration is essential, as the developer will work closely with peer developers, QA testers, and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner. The role involves architecting, designing, creating, and maintaining the full stack (frontend and backend) of customer-facing cloud-based applications, as well as developing front and back end website/app architecture. The developer will contribute to continuous improvements of the existing product suite and coordinate with both vendor partners and our internal IT teams (Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud, IAM, and Security) to assist with software architectural needs. Proactively identifying and fixing issues to improve backend services scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance is a key aspect of the role. The developer will help foster good software engineering practices, follow relevant company procedures, and assist in creating and maintaining relevant documentation. Active participation in all aspects of the software engineering process is expected.
