About the position

Moovila is seeking a Backend Integration Developer to enhance and maintain software integrations with external systems. This role involves implementing integration frameworks, supporting existing integrations, and ensuring ongoing monitoring of these systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in .NET technologies and cloud-based API web services to creatively solve integration challenges while ensuring data safety.

Responsibilities

• Work with Development, Product Management, and Operations to diagnose time-critical client issues.
• Coordinate with the Product Management team to prioritize development efforts.
• Perform business analysis to identify and define requirements for data flow, data transformation, and synchronization of each system.
• Develop systems capable of asynchronous operation, bi-directional data synchronization, and integration with various authentication methods.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a software engineer.
• Demonstrated fluency in .NET Core, including C#, WebAPI, SQL Server, MongoDB, Kafka, and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience working with a distributed backend system.
• Experience integrating with outside systems via online APIs, flat files, etc.
• Experience utilizing various authentication methodologies, including OAuth2 and SAML.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with business analysis techniques.
