The Backend Java Developer position is a critical role within our organization, focusing on the development of high-speed, real-time solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of Java, particularly versions 8 and onwards, as well as frameworks such as Spring and SpringBoot. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the application development of both real-time and batch applications, ensuring that all software adheres to the agreed architecture framework and Agile methodologies. In this position, you will thoroughly analyze requirements, develop, test, and document software quality to ensure proper implementation. You will follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) procedures to guarantee that all information system products and services meet quality standards, functional requirements, architectural standards, performance requirements, audit requirements, and security rules. Additionally, you will be responsible for external-facing reporting, ensuring that all outputs are accurately represented. The role also involves performing application and project risk analysis, recommending quality improvements, and assisting production support by providing advice on system functionality and necessary fixes. Clear and concise communication is essential, as you will need to inform team members and management of any time delays or defects in the software immediately. This hybrid position requires you to work onsite three days a week and allows for two days of remote work, providing a balance between collaboration and flexibility.
