Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology initiatives with broad companywide impact.
• Develop standards and best practices for engineering complex technology solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs.
• Review and analyze large-scale technology solutions for business objectives and technical challenges.
• Make decisions on engineering and technology solutions based on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technical experts and senior technology teams to resolve complex issues.
• Lead projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience with Java and Java EE.
• 6+ years of experience with Java Microservices.
• 4-6 years of experience with SQL and Oracle.
• 2-4 years of experience with Kafka.
• 6+ years of experience with Spring and Spring Boot.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with XML, JSON, and RESTful services.
