About the position

We are seeking a Lead Backend Python Developer / Architect to take our innovative software solution to the next stage. This role requires experience in creating and maintaining scalable system architectures with a focus on delivering high-quality performance. You will lead the development of our product with Python and Terraform, making significant contributions to our product and influencing its future direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the backend development of our products using Python and Terraform.
• Architect, design, and implement efficient and reusable systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to establish objectives and design cohesive, functional scripts.
• Test, debug, and improve the performance of the product.
• Regularly review code, troubleshoot, and fix bugs to ensure the product is always running smoothly.
• Provide mentorship to other backend developers within the team.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a senior/lead backend developer.
• Strong skills and experience in Python and Terraform.
• Solid experience with software development lifecycle processes.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
