About the position

The Backend Software Developer at EOS Worldwide is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality backend solutions for the EOS One platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable web services using C# and .NET, while adhering to best practices in performance, security, and maintainability. As a mid-level developer, the individual will work under the guidance of senior developers and contribute to the technical direction of the product.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications for the EOS One platform.
• Participate in agile processes within the team.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced experience developing with C# and the .NET Framework.
• Proven experience developing robust RESTful web APIs.
• Strong experience working with relational databases and advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Advanced understanding of software design patterns, including CQRS and others relevant to modern software architecture.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Proficiency with Git for source code management and version control.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment methodologies and tools.
• Experience with security tools within the development pipeline, such as Snyk, Veracode, or SonarQube.
