The TnS engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining various systems that support content moderation processes, rule engines, strategy systems, feature engines, human moderation platforms, and risk insight systems. As a Backend Software Engineer on the Trust and Safety team, you will be tasked with building a highly scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platform and tools. You will work closely with trust and safety specialists, experts, and machine learning engineers to understand product objectives and develop an easy-to-use platform that aligns with customer needs. Your role will also involve improving system design and architecture to ensure high stability and performance of the services, ultimately contributing to the protection of TikTok users globally.
