About the position

The Backend Web Developer will join Tactis's Design & Engineering Team to work on a significant client-facing project that involves providing access to global environmental data. This role is crucial for promoting and enhancing the Nation's economy, security, environment, and quality of life through effective data integration and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Drupal 10.
• Integrate various APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure timely access to global environmental data from various sources.
• Work on client-facing projects that require government clearance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience in backend development.
• Demonstrated experience with Drupal 10.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone.js, Ember.js, D3, PHP, Angular, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
