  • Prepare detailed interview statements and organize investigative material for review by management.
  • Meet regularly with management and candidates to update them on the status of investigations.
  • Complete background packages for final review and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • NJ Driver's License.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret complex written material.
  • Strong report writing skills and ability to analyze complex information.
  • Time management skills to prioritize multiple investigations.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse individuals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior certified law enforcement officer or civilian associated with a law enforcement agency.
  • Notary certification.
