About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bag product in 50-pound bags or 40-pound boxes.
• Ability to push/pull product weighing up to 170 pounds.
• No prior experience required; in-house training provided.
• Willingness to learn and work as a team.
• Desire to grow with a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Properly package, seal, and stack products according to customer specifications.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production policies and requirements.
• Understand and complete procedures during a full CIP on both Drying systems.
• Assist and take direction from Mixers during certain production runs as needed.
• Take samples of powder and weigh the product to adjust levels to match exact weight.
• Load bags or boxes to the dryer and move pallets in and out of rooms using a pallet lift jack.
