Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes.
- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring quality and date control standards for bakery items and securing fragile merchandise.
- Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and products.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity in executing business processes.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and co-workers, identifying priorities, and communicating progress.
