- Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, making immediate business decisions related to production and product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area according to company policies and procedures, ensuring quality and date control standards for bakery items.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions they may have.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles and ensure task completion with excellence.
