Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate effectively.
• Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment and following recipes.
• Wrap, label, and store merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Maintain operational excellence by ensuring quality and date control standards for bakery items.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged and labeled.
• Model high-quality service and products, advocating for the department and club.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle obstacles and ensure task completion.
