About the position
Crumbl Cookies is seeking energetic and positive individuals to join our team as Bakers/Cashiers/Mixers in Edgewater, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for baking and decorating a variety of cookies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. We pride ourselves on delivering the world's best cookies to our community, and we are committed to training our team members in the Crumbl way, ensuring that anyone eager to learn can succeed with us. As a member of the Crumbl Crew, you will be involved in measuring and combining ingredients, operating commercial kitchen equipment such as standing mixers and large ovens, and decorating finished products for display. You will also interact with customers, taking orders and making recommendations, while communicating inventory and production levels to leadership. Maintaining a clean and stocked workstation is essential to set up the next shift for success. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling available. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, from early morning to late night, allowing for various shifts to accommodate different schedules. Responsibilities
- Bake and decorate cookies according to Crumbl standards

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old due to equipment requirements
- Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift
- Adaptable work style and positive response to feedback
