Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of artisanal baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies according to MunchiLove's recipes and quality standards.
• Adhere to established baking techniques and procedures to ensure consistency in product quality and taste.
• Collaborate closely with the bakery team to coordinate baking schedules, production needs, and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation guidelines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of baked goods to customers.
• Assist in developing and testing new recipes, as well as refining existing ones, to enhance our product offerings.
• Support a positive and productive work environment by demonstrating a team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery setting, with a strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredient measurements, and equipment operation.
• Passion for baking and a commitment to producing high-quality, handcrafted baked goods.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new baking methods and recipes as introduced by MunchiLove.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
