About the position

The Baker position at Eurest involves preparing a variety of baked goods according to established recipes and production specifications. This full-time role requires baking experience and focuses on maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to production and catering sheets.
• Assist in production planning to meet daily baking requirements.
• Ensure proper food preparation by following approved recipes and production standards.
• Complete production records including waste tracking and product shortages.
• Maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly.
• Handle food items safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service efficiently.
• Follow sanitation and safety principles in food handling and equipment use.
