Responsibilities
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies
- Decorate and display the finished cookies
- Ensure finished cookies meet food safety and quality standards
- Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and fulfill orders
- Perform quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (10-55 lbs)
- Effective communication skills in English
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
