About the position

The Baker/Opener at Dunkin' is responsible for preparing the restaurant for opening by baking products, brewing coffee, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment and maintain high product quality while minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications
• Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion to promote sales
• Promote food safety on a 100% basis by following personal hygiene directives
• Arrive to the store on time, as early as 3:00 A.M. depending on the location
• Bake all necessary product, including but not limited to, bagels, croissants, muffins
• Set up donut case to brand standards before the restaurant opens
• Brew all iced and hot coffee
• Prep all food for the next day's business
• Clean back room and baking area

Requirements

• No experience required, will train on all job requirements
• Driver's license with reliable form of transportation
• Pleasant, polite manner for dealing with the public as well as staff
