About The Position
At Bruegger's Bagels, we have been dedicated to crafting genuine, New York-style bagels and serving them with real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and tradition, ensuring that every bagel is baked to perfection. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our operations, arriving early in the morning, often as early as 3 AM, to prepare our signature bagels. You will be the first in our bakeries, setting the tone for the day and ensuring that our customers receive the best products possible. Your day will involve stocking the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure that quality products are available for each shift. You will work closely with your team to provide excellent guest service, which includes taking orders, making sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. We believe that our Bakers are the heart of our business, and we take pride in the quality of food and beverages we serve.
