About the position

The Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and availability of bagels and pastries for customers. This position involves early morning shifts, starting as early as 3 AM, and focuses on baking, stocking, and providing excellent guest service. The role emphasizes teamwork and maintaining a clean and safe environment while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case.
• Provide excellent guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work varied hours/days, including early hours and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
