Bakery Associate

About the position

This role involves preparing and baking goods, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the work environment, and adhering to company policies and performance standards. Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule and prepare for duties at the start of the shift.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place mix on trays, and bake goods.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print and label them, and clean display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
• Track and record loss.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the necessary equipment and tools.
• Must perform all job functions safely and meet company performance standards.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Benefits

• Salary range between $15.50 - $19.00 Hourly.
