About the position

The Bakery Management Supervisor at 85C Bakery Cafe is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, cost management, and employee training. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality and efficiency of the bakery's operations while fostering a positive work environment for staff. Responsibilities

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
• Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
• Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Cross-train store associates in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.

Requirements

• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at a leadership level position.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines to meet new or changing demands.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85C concept.
