About the position

The Stock Associate at Balenciaga's The Domain Austin is responsible for achieving daily business objectives by managing shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, and maintaining store supplies. This role supports the sales floor and back office operations, ensuring that stock is organized and accessible while contributing to the overall efficiency of the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving; ensure goods are shipped accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure inter-store transfers are processed correctly.
• Maintain and replace inventory levels of all store supplies.
• Process, ship, and track repairs as needed in partnership with retail management.
• Ensure stock is organized and accessible; check in new merchandise effectively.
• Partner with management and the sales team through monthly cycle counts to ensure correct store inventory levels.
• Prepare, implement, and execute inventory in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
• Assist with implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed by management.
• Support the sales floor as needed and work on additional projects as directed by management.
• Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of the store, including fixtures and supplies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word Processing.
• Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
• Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
• Proven ability to drive results and excellent organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
• Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
