About the position

The Store Director at Balenciaga is a key leadership role responsible for driving brand engagement and loyalty among clients, particularly VIPs. This position entails achieving sales and KPI goals, managing the store team, and ensuring compliance with corporate processes and guidelines. The Store Director is expected to embody the brand's standards and serve as a benchmark for excellence in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement action plans and follow-up on their effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales results and set up constant assessments.
  • Focus on key KPIs and create a strong store culture.
  • Understand and monitor local business environment including market trends and competition.
  • Communicate high-quality feedback to HQs and store team.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate weekly payroll reporting for the store team.
  • Complete Monthly Store Schedule reflecting business needs.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga behaviors.
  • Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent.
  • Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching.
  • Provide structured feedback and manage individual appraisal interviews.
  • Motivate and challenge store management and teams regularly.
  • Ensure Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are executed consistently.
  • Maintain store image in line with corporate standards and ensure team awareness.
  • Develop clienteling mindset and client loyalty from beginners to VIPs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
  • Handle all administration and accounting responsibilities.
  • Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position in luxury retail industry.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 20 people.
  • High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and persuasiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Mastering digital skills.

  • Experience in fashion retail management.
