  • Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.
  • Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize empathy and effective communication skills when responding to inquiries.
  • Document customer inquiries using multiple systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
