As a Bank Agile Product Owner Lead - Storefront at USAA, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of customer experiences on the Storefront platform, specifically aligned with Credit Card products. You will be responsible for seeking opportunities for testing and learning, as well as driving quality improvements within the team. The role requires you to partner with the Bank agile team to develop and communicate the vision and strategy for Bank products, focusing on member satisfaction. You will lead the team in understanding business requirements to create effective product solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategic objectives.
