As a Senior Agile Product Owner in our Bank Digital and Transformation Team, you will play a crucial role in crafting best-in-class digital customer experiences. This position requires a passion for innovation and a member-centric approach, as you will collaborate closely with technology, design, content, data analytics, and business partners to enhance mobile and online banking experiences. Your role will involve acting as the 'voice of the end-user', utilizing a data-driven approach to improve experiences and remove impediments, while also establishing a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within the Bank agile team. In this position, you will be accountable for communicating and driving the vision and strategy to key stakeholders and team members. You will work closely with the Team-of-Teams Lead to clarify and align on business strategy, goals, and objectives, translating these into a clear vision for the agile team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a groomed backlog of user stories, optimizing the flow of value through the agile environment, and proactively seeking customer feedback to ensure that end-user value is delivered effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying and managing risks associated with business activities in accordance with compliance policies. This role requires a strategic mindset, as you will begin to think proactively about how to meet objectives and drive the team towards success. You will have the opportunity to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity, ensuring that quality product and member experience solutions are delivered through collaboration with stakeholders.
