PremierBank is seeking a reliable team player to provide excellent customer and staff support for all deposit services via phone and electronic channels. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of multitasking while maintaining accuracy. The rotation of job functions means that the employee will need to be adaptable and willing to learn new processes as needed. Effective communication skills are essential, as the role involves answering inquiries from both customers and staff regarding deposit products and services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining electronic services, processing cash letters, and handling domestic and international wire transfers. Additionally, the role includes balancing general ledgers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. The work schedule consists of 40 hours per week with a rotating schedule between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Employees will have the same schedule for a week at a time, which may vary based on project needs.
